Catriona Gray bagged the Miss Universe 2018 crown and Miss Universe Philippines 2012 Janine Tugonon has an explanation for the victory.
KAMI learned that Janine, who was first runner-up in Miss Universe 2012, praised Catriona on social media.
According to Janine, Catriona is a gorgeous, confident, and intelligent woman with a lot of heart. She added that Catriona is the best-prepared Filipina contestant ever.
